Your application will remain in "open" status until the application has been completely reviewed and approved by the department.
The Florida Real Estate Commission has to review and authorize approval on applications with background issues. Please see questions 1 through 4 in the background section of the application for further details. If your application requires the Florida Real Estate Commission's approval, the process may take up to 90 days from the date the department receives a complete application. The Florida Real Estate Commission meets once a month.
